Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

We never said it would be easy...but that's not why you came.

Express Strength and Toning

Here, we combine a heavy barre influence using hand and ankle weights with squats, lunges, and other high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Express Yoga Flow

Fridays
9-9:45a

Join us for a 45-minute yoga flow designed for those of us who only have a small window to squeeze in a yoga practice for the day. You’ll get the quick flow you need to pick you up, and then get back on your way. Perfect for all levels, no experience necessary.

Postnatal/Beginner Yoga

In this BI-WEEKLY class, Holly will focus on body awareness, flexibility, strength and deep core fitness to take you safely through recovery after pregnancy. This class is also great place to start for yoga newbies and prenatal clients.

Prenatal Yoga

Barre Basics

Fridays
10-10:45a

Barre basics is a great launching pad for Barre Intensity. You will get all of teaching of barre fundamentals without the intense cardio bursts. You get a total body workout and will leave class feeling successful in your fitness achievements.

Yin Yoga

Thursdays
6:15-7:15p

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Classic Yoga

Tuesdays

In the world of busyness and fast paced craziness, we all need a chance to slow it down and reset. Perfect for any level, this classic yoga class will provide guidance through poses, mindfulness and movement to get you reset for the rest of the week.

Slow Flow Yoga

Saturdays (biweekly)
8:45-9:45a

This is a slow flow class that moves a little more slowly and holds poses for a while longer (3-5 breaths). They are deep, mindful sequences of poses that help to focus and calm you. Because of the slower pace, some find these classes more accessible to beginners or if you have an injury.
